EXERCISE GAMES THAT MOVES YOU
Your body is the game controller.
Stand in front of a screen and get active; Perform the exercises as instructed, see the game character move according to your moves and track your progress.
Your body becomes the game controller. All you need is a laptop with a built-in camera and a little bit of space in front of a screen so that camera can see your body and you can move your arms and feet freely. Screen can be your laptop screen, or you can connect to a larger desktop screen or TV – as long as the camera can see your body.
To control the game avatar you do not need any external controllers or wearables. Its the camera that senses your body motion.
Just open the game and begin the race! Run across the tracks in sandy cannyon, jump and climb over the obstacles, navigate around dangerous river rocks on a surf board, ride a cart on a railway avoiding obstacles above your head by doing squats, collect points and try survive the longest while the speed and difficulty increases. This is a workout!
Compete with yourself to improve own scores, or challenge your friends and see who will top the leaderboard with the best scores.
