Staying active is a challenge

Passivation leads to lowered quality of life, cardiovascular and mobility problems, and without regular activation, passivation is a threat that affects physical and mental condition. Staying active becomes more and more challenging as time goes by. We know how to prevent this and activate care home residents as well as the elderly living at home with gamified exercises, social interaction and cognitive challenges. For example the Finnish Finger study recommends a combination of physical- and cognitive exercises, with enhanced nutrition to live healthier life and to prevent dementia.
